The extraordinary customer service received from all the staff at the hotel. From Made at the front desk (plus all admin staff) to the housekeeping attendants (Arnawa, Redipa and supervisor Alit). We extended our stay due to the overall high standard of the hotel. The pool on the rooftop was also a highlight with great views looking out towards the sunset.

An excellent place to stay for a couple of days. Everything is new, the staff is friendly, and if there were any minor issues, they reacted and resolved them instantly. I also want to highlight the great room design.

Everything is soft, tidy, comfortable. Nothing flashy, just everything in its place. You can feel this is a personal project. The founder is around almost every day, and it shows — in the atmosphere, in the care, in the way the place feels looked after. Honestly the best few days of our trip. Highly recommend. Just know what you're coming for: stillness and calm. No loud parties, no noise. Just a really peaceful stay.

Stayed at the Alyxia apartments in Seminyak for 12 nights. The apartments were really well equipped and very clean. Check in was very quick and the staff have been amazing quickly responding to our requests as and when they occurred. Security staff were fantastic. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these apartments. Excellent location. Really close to the beach and 2 mins walk from bintang supermarket.

The hosts made the place special. The hosts were very welcoming, warm, kind and helpful in every way. The location was great very quiet and peaceful. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. There were cute dogs also in the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Its the best place ive stayed at in Bali, made me feel right at home and made my trip more memorable because of the hosts. Loved the design of the apartment. It was super clean, new and modern. The small kitchen had everything we needed and having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus! Great shower, and very good AC. Amazing comfy bed and nice soft linens. The location was perfect, tucked quietly just off Jalan Legian so very quiet but very close to restaurants and shops. The owner was quick to respond to any queries and the service was great 😊
