The hosts are so friendly and attentive to his guests. They responded our questions fast and helped us a lot to make sure our trip is smooth. We left in the early morning to airport, and the host get up early to make a delicious breakfast and well packaged for us to enjoy it in airport. I felt I was staying with my families. A great find in Ambalappuzha. What a wonderfully comfortable, spacious, organised and appointed apartment. From the excellent communication before we arrived, to the gracious welcome, to the support and advice given throughout our stay, to the warm farewell - everything exceeded our expectations. The unit has all you need to feel quite at home. It was spotlessly clean, a wonderful breeze keep the place cool and there is plenty of natural light. Location allows for easy access to the train station and easy walking to discover the local community and everything around. Then to add to this the host family were amazing, they gave us our space and privacy yet were always accessible to offer advice and share a warm smile. We do look forward to returning.

Highly, highly recommend the Barracks- our room was huge and clean and we actually ended up staying here two different times during our stay. The manager was really kind, accomodating, and made the most delicious elaborate breakfasts each time (a different spread each day). The barracks really felt like home during our trip in Kerala, and we would happily return!

I loved the honestay! Quiet, very clean, great location, loved the room with the balcony, loved the comfy bed and the view to the jungel. I loved the owners- very sweet, welcoming, kind, helping. The food was amazing! Very tasty local, fresh, well made. It was delicious. Loved the beautiful sunrise boat tour, it was magical. Great value for money.
