Guided by our passionate team, you will learn about the history and the basic principles of spirit distilling. As you move through the experience, the guide will explain how different techniques and ingredients shape flavour, and you will explore the range of botanicals used in our spirits.
Along the way you will blend your very own bespoke spirit, selecting and combining botanicals to create a flavour profile that suits you. Each participant leaves with a beautifully crafted 200mL bottle to take home, containing the spirit you helped create.
