The wines come from organically certified vineyards and include small-batch styles of lesser-known varieties that are characteristic of the region and the winery. You can sample regional flagship styles such as Durif and Pinot Grigio, and you may be introduced to something produced only at Yarran — the recently released Montepulciano Pét Nat (Pétillant Naturel) is available exclusively at the Cellar Door.
