Brussels Discovery

On the Tootbus Brussels Discovery tour you'll travel around the city on a 4‑metre‑high panoramic bus and use two colour-coded routes to move between sights. You’ll be able to hop on and off at stops to explore at your own pace. Along the way you may notice Brussels’ comic strip and street art everywhere — on building walls, benches, shop fronts and even ceilings — and you can extend your visit on foot using the Tootwalk service.

The blue route passes many of the capital’s highlights, including Saints‑Michel‑et‑Gudule Cathedral, the Belgian Comic Strip Centre, the Botanical Garden, Charles Rogier Square, Eglise Notre‑Dame de Laeken, the Royal Castle of Laeken and its Royal Greenhouses, and the Atomium. If you want a more local atmosphere, the Marolles neighbourhood offers old bars, brasseries, vintage shops and the famous Flea Market. The red route stops at Place Royale and the Mont des Arts viewpoint, and goes past the Palace of Fine Arts, the Sablons quarter, the European Parliament and a cluster of museums around Place Royale and the Coudenberg Palace — including the Musical Instruments Museum, the Horta Museum, the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium and the Royal Museums of Art and History at Parc du Cinquantenaire. You’ll also pass Art Nouveau areas such as Bailli‑Chatelain and St Gilles, the Ixelles Ponds, Manneken‑Pis and the magnificent Grand Place with its City Hall and UNESCO‑listed townhouses.
