This experience centres on the Cameron Falls Trail, east of Yellowknife. You will wander winding paths through dense evergreen forest and cross scenic boardwalks. Along the way you can photograph striking autumn colours and enjoy the quiet, restorative atmosphere as you move through the trees.
The walk finishes at Cameron Falls, where a picnic lunch is provided free with the tour and will be enjoyed beside the waterfall. The provider’s information also describes a Kimmaren Falls Walkway, located east of Yellowstone, which follows similar evergreen trails and crosses charming wooden stalls before reaching Kimmaren Falls for a picnic at the water’s edge.
