On this tour, you will get the chance to experience a moving organ concert in Salzburg Cathedral, one of the most popular attractions of the city. As you hear the toll of the noon-time bells, you will hear the sounds of Salzburg Cathedral's seven organs, which will enliven the building. You will hear a variety of instruments, which create unique experiences. There are pillar organs in the dome area and the large organ with over 4000 pipes in the west gallery are magnificent pieces adding to the décor.

On this half-day tour, you’ll have a chance to explore the scenic alpine village of Hallstatt. After departing from Salzburg, you’ll travel to the Salzkammergut region, where you’ll find Hallstatt nestled beside a lake. You’ll be able to learn about the history of the region from your expert tour guide as you stroll through the village. Before returning to Salzburg, you can visit some of Hallstatt’s cafés and restaurants or see the natural scenery of Gosau Lake and the surrounding Dachstein Mountains.

The cruise runs aboard the Amadeus Salzburg, a 16.45-metre vessel custom-built for the Salzach and unique worldwide. It has a very shallow draft of just 38 centimetres and is powered by a 1,000 hp engine with modern waterjet propulsion, allowing speeds of up to 45 km/h. The design and performance of the boat let you enjoy close-to-water views of Salzburg’s riverside and skyline.

An evening at Hohensalzburg Fortress pairs a scenic meal high above Salzburg with a live Mozart concert. Your ticket includes the funicular (round trip) up the hill and admission to the Best of Mozart Fortress Concert. Dinner is served in the panoramic restaurant with stunning views over the city and the surrounding mountains; VIP and Golden VIP guests may be served on the panoramic terrace, weather permitting. The standard Dinner & Concert offers a three-course menu that typically includes mini bread rolls with two spreads, a beef consommé with semolina dumpling, a filled turkey roulade Supreme with truffle mashed potato and fruity sauce, and a Mozart dessert. VIP and Golden VIP menus are more elaborate, beginning with mini bread rolls and a white wine soup with roasted Marcona almonds, followed by a choice of braised veal “Tafelspitz” from local grass-fed veal with port wine sauce on potato gratin and creamy spinach, or Salzburger brown trout “Müllerin Art” with parsley potatoes, and finishing with the Original Salzburger Nockerl. Menu items and offerings are subject to change. The concert features the Salzburger Mozart Ensemble and a programme that may include works by W. A. Mozart such as Eine kleine Nachtmusik, a piano quartet and serenade, plus pieces by A. Dvořák, J. Strauss and V. Monti. VIP seating includes numbered seats (rows 1–6 in the Golden Hall and rows 1–7 in the Arms Hall), an evening programme booklet and a glass of sparkling wine during the break; Golden VIP also includes a VIP aperitif and a small bottle of wine, mineral water and coffee. Another stop will be the Leopoldskron Palace, where the lake and terrace scenes at the von Trapp's family home were shot. You'll also visit Hellbrunn Palace, where you can see a replica of the gazebo used in the movie. Nonnberg Abbey is now a women's convent, but visitors can approach the front gate of the church to recall four famous scenes from the film. Towards the end of the tour, you'll stop at Mondsee to visit the church used for filming the wedding scene. Afterwards, you'll have free time to stroll the charming town on your own before the return journey.
