You will take part in a traditional calligraphy session held in a beautiful building, where you can try the art and create your own calligraphy work. The setting will give a calm and authentic atmosphere as you practise the strokes. If you wish, your finished piece can be framed for an additional fee. During the day you will also enjoy a delicious local meal for lunch. In the afternoon, you can visit the traditional Otaki Shrine, where many people pray for improvement in their handwriting.
