On this stargazing experience you will see the Utah Milky Way and learn to recognise familiar patterns in the night sky. Knowledgeable guides will point out constellations as you gaze at the crystal-clear heavens. After a short introduction you’ll have the chance to view stars and deep-sky features through a powerful telescope. Many groups may also spot a shooting star as an extra treat.
The viewing area is reached by a short 5–10 minute walk up a soft dirt path with a slight incline. If you cannot complete this walk, please contact us ahead of time so we can plan to transport you to the top. In autumn and winter you should be prepared for cold weather, so bring hats, gloves and a warm coat to stay comfortable while you enjoy the tour.

On a rugged Jeep tour through Zion National Park, you will wind through a pine forest and reach a striking view of Checkerboard Mesa. The drive then continues with a rugged descent of several hundred feet into Jolley Gulch, where the vehicle will stop and you can step out to explore the landscape.
At Jolley Gulch you may take an optional two-minute unguided hike to a top-down vantage point over a slot canyon that reaches about 200 feet down between its narrow walls. After that you will climb back up, crossing the river bed several times as the route works its way onto the Ponderosa plateau before returning to the starting point. Along the way you will see contrasting forested slopes, dramatic sandstone formations and the narrow, steep-sided character of the gulch.

Kanarraville Falls, near the town of Kanarraville in the New Harmony area of Utah, is a hidden gem tucked into a scenic slot canyon. The hike is a moderately challenging trek of approximately 4.8 miles round trip that has become increasingly popular with outdoor enthusiasts and photographers. Along the way, you will move from open desert terrain into narrower canyon walls that frame the creek and falls.
The trail starts at the Kanarra Creek Trailhead and follows dirt paths and rocky sections before narrowing into the canyon. As you move through, the route will lead you to the creek, which you will need to wade through multiple times. The water is typically cool, offering a contrast to the often warm desert temperatures. Expect dramatic canyon views, creekside passages and the photogenic waterfall that gives the hike its name.
You will ride on horseback as the sun sets over the Cliffs of Zion, watching the sky shift to deep oranges and reds above the rock faces. From the back of a horse, the view and the quiet of the landscape will feel different than from the ground. Along the way, the colours of the canyon and the silhouette of the cliffs will be the main focus of the experience.
Weather can affect how it feels, so be prepared for cooler temperatures. It may be cold at certain times of the year, so bundling up is advisable to stay comfortable while you enjoy the sunset above the Cliffs of Zion.
