On Easter Island (Rapa Nui), the evening offers a close encounter with the island’s living culture. It begins with a welcoming ceremony that invites you to connect with the spirit of the island. You’ll have the chance to learn ancestral arts, such as traditional body painting, and to discover the meaning behind the vibrant Rapa Nui costumes used in rituals and celebrations.

As the night continues, you’ll watch the preparation of the Umu Pae, the traditional underground cooking method that shows the close relationship between the Rapa Nui people and their land. A buffet dinner based on this ancient recipe is served while the cultural group Haha Varua presents island legends through music and dance. The programme finishes with an interactive performance where guests are invited to join in and experience the energy of Polynesian rhythm.
