See Madrid at your own pace from the top of a double-decker sightseeing bus. With one ticket you can hop on and off the three colour-coded routes as often as you like. An onboard audio guide with headphones is available in ten languages, so you’ll learn about the city as you move through its different neighbourhoods.
The blue route explores Historical Madrid, taking you along the tree-lined Paseo del Prado and past landmarks such as the Royal Palace, Temple of Debod, Plaza Mayor, Barrio de las Letras, Gran Vía, Plaza de España, Moncloa, the Teleférico, Puerta San Vicente, Cuesta de la Vega and Puerta de Toledo. The green route shows Modern Madrid, linking Atocha Station, Nuevos Ministerios, Puerta de Alcalá and Puerta del Sol while passing sights like the KIO Towers, the Public Art Museum’s contemporary sculptures, the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, Museo Ciencias Naturales, Museo Sorolla, Serrano and Canalejas. The orange route highlights present-day Madrid’s creative side with stops at Neptuno, Casa Árabe, the Goya district, Las Ventas bullring, Colón, Bilbao, the Malasaña neighbourhood, Callao and the bustling Gran Vía.
You’ll also have access to a guided walking tour of the historic centre and a complimentary drink at La Quimera Tablao Flamenco near Plaza Mayor; more information is available on board.
