With a ticket to the Aquarium de Paris, you can get up close to many of the creatures that populate the seas around France and beyond. You'll find 13, 000 fish and invertebrates including 38 sharks, hundreds of coral colonies and more, showcased in carefully reproduced ecosystems. At the aquarium's restored Medusarium – originally built for the Universal Exhibition of 1867 – you can view Europe's largest jellyfish exhibition with 50 species across 25 pools.
