With an expert sommelier to lead you, you’ll explore fundamental concepts like terroir, grape varieties, AOC, the different stages of vinification and the art of serving wine correctly. You’ll develop your sensory evaluation skills with a tasting of six Bordeaux reds, accompanied by a cheese and charcuterie board.
