This archery session takes place on our purpose-built 10m archery range and is led by expert Archery GB instructors. Whether you are a complete beginner or hoping to refine existing skills, you’ll receive step-by-step coaching. Along the way you will learn how to hold and aim a bow and get practical tips to improve your accuracy, with the aim of hitting your first bullseye.
The experience is designed to be inclusive and accessible, so individuals, friends and families of different ages and abilities can take part. Sessions typically include fun games, team challenges and a bit of friendly competition in a welcoming, sociable atmosphere. You’ll shoot under guided supervision and can expect clear instruction combined with opportunities to practise and enjoy the sport.
By the end of the session you’ll have a better understanding of archery technique and more confidence on the range, and many people leave feeling like a true archer.
