Archery & Axe Throwing

Guided archery and axe-throwing session in rural North Wales by Bearded Men staff with games and team challenges

Free cancellation available
Up to 24 hours before the start time

Set in rural North Wales, the Bearded Men’s open-field sessions let you be Robin Hood for a day or unleash your inner Viking. You will throw axes at log targets and practise archery on ranged targets while the countryside provides a striking backdrop. Along the way you may shout your Viking “war cry” as you huck an axe and then focus on steadying your aim for the bow.

You will take part in games and challenges that pit your skills against others or let you team up for group competition. The experienced Bearded Men staff will guide you through all the training you need and share top tips to help improve your technique. As you learn these ancient skills in the open air, you will really feel like you have travelled back in time.
