Set in the Konavle countryside just outside Dubrovnik, this tasting takes place on a family-run farm and is limited to a small group. You will be personally welcomed by your hosts, which makes the atmosphere warm and relaxed. The setting gives you a chance to experience rural Croatia away from the crowds and to meet the people who produce the food and drink you taste.
As you move through the tasting, you will sample homemade wines and extra virgin olive oil, along with five flavoured olive oils. You will also try traditional Dalmatian sweets and a selection of homemade liqueurs and grappas. Everything is produced on the family farm using traditional methods. Along the way you will learn about local traditions directly from the family, gaining insight into how these flavours are made and enjoyed in the region.
