You will begin in an historic wine cellar in Manarola that has been preserved through the years. As you move through the space, you will see its character and setting, then continue on to the neighbouring Tasting Room.
In the Tasting Room an AIS professional sommelier will guide you through a sensory experience. You will taste three local wines, using all the senses — looking at colour, taking in aromas and appreciating flavour and texture — while the sommelier offers guidance to help you notice each wine’s qualities.
