You will be welcomed in Zungri at Raìsina and begin with traditional dressing before taking part in the different phases of bread making. Throughout the morning you will join in the hands‑on preparation, then watch the final baking and taste the freshly baked pitta Avanti Furnu.
As you move through the experience, the local duo a massara e u massaru will enliven the visit with songs and cunti (tales). Tastings of typical, kilometre‑zero products will be offered, with a generous selection presented by the farmer. After the bread baking and tasting, you may join an optional short excursion to the Caves of Zungri. This optional walk (about 400 metres) can include a visit to the cave of Our Lady of Lourdes and a stroll through Zungri’s historic centre to see the painted portals.
