On the west coast of Sardinia, in the clear waters of the Bosa Sea, you'll enjoy a guided diving excursion that doesn't require a licence. The experience will let you try breathing underwater and get a close feel for diving in shallow, calm conditions so you can focus on the moment rather than technicalities.
All diving equipment will be provided and you will enter the sea to depths of around the first 5–6 metres. Professional instructors will assist you throughout, guiding and supporting you as you move through the water. The emphasis will be on safety and ease, so you can concentrate on the sensations of the dive and the clear surrounding water.
