A private cooking class in the Cesarina's home will immerse you in the techniques and flavours of Italian cooking. The Cesarina will reveal tricks of the trade for three authentic regional recipes, showing the methods behind some of the most famous dishes of Italian cuisine. As you move through the lesson, you'll put your cooking skills to the test and enjoy a hands-on experience in a friendly, home setting.
Each participant will have a dedicated workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients needed to make the dishes. When the cooking is done, you'll taste the fruit of your labour—sampling everything you prepared while enjoying a selection of red and white local wines chosen to complement the meal.

Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves
