This guided tour takes you through the estate’s vineyards, its centuries‑old olive grove and down into the cellar. As you move through the vines and olive trees, the history of the area and local traditions will be explained, along with every stage of vineyard development — from winter pruning through to the harvest.
Back in the cellar, you’ll see how grapes are processed and how wines are refined, with techniques illustrated for both steel and wood ageing. The experience includes a tasting of three of the estate’s labels served during a light lunch of traditional dishes, so you can pair the flavours with what you’ve learned about production. The visit is recommended throughout the year.
