This experience takes place at a family-run masseria tucked away from mass tourism, set within an evocative oak forest. You will meet the master cheesemaker and follow the production of Apulian mozzarella as it moves from the stable to the dairy. Along the way, you will see how animals are cared for and how milk is transformed, getting a close look at both traditional, artisanal methods and the modern technologies used on the farm.
The visit includes a farm-to-table tasting of ultra-fresh products made directly at the masseria. It is designed as an educational and sensory experience, so you will learn about the culture, history and flavours of Apulia while sampling the cheeses. The setting and pace make it suitable for couples, families and small groups who want an authentic glimpse of rural life.
