This experience will offer you the chance to embark on a truffle hunting expedition in Assisi. You'll be joined by an experienced truffle hunter and his dog, who'll guide you through the Umbria woods in search of the famous 'Black Diamond' truffle. Here, you'll be able to learn more about how to source wild truffles and the best ways to cook them.
You'll also have the opportunity to see traditional Umbrian art before visiting a local winery, where you'll taste organic wines and regional dishes created using truffles foraged that day.
