With this experience, you’ll have the chance to know more about Sicilian cuisine, take part in a cooking lesson with a professional chef and taste your own creations accompanied by a curated selection of local wines.
The day will start with a briefing over a coffee break, explaining the local ingredients. Back at the restaurant, you will be briefed on the recipes and then begin the actual preparations under the supervision of an expert chef. You will learn how to make handmade pasta alongside other dishes that will be served during the shared lunch for everyone to try.
As a souvenir, you’ll be able to bring home a certificate of completion and an autographed apron.
