With admission to the Doge’s Palace, you’ll explore beautiful gothic architecture and preserved rooms as you learn about the building’s storied history. Inside, you’ll find frescoed walls, triumphal arches, a golden staircase and rooms decorated by artists like Titian, Veronese, Tiepolo and Tintoretto. You’ll find out how the palace also served as a prison and see the infamous Bridge of Sighs that the convicts crossed.

What You Need to Know
To get there by vaporetti water taxi, disembark at San Zaccaria station, which is a six-minute walk to the venue, or at Vallaresso station, which is a four-minute walk to the venue.
Students aged 15–25 years with a valid student ID and seniors aged 65 years and above are eligible for the reduced-price ticket. Please present your student card or valid ID before entry.
Children aged 0–5 years can enter for free.
You can access the Museum Correr, the Archaeological Museum and Marciana National Library only within 24 hours from your Doge’s Palace visit.
It's mandatory to enter Dodge's Palace from 12:00 onwards. Please note that access will be denied to those who enter before 12:00.
