This experience takes you to the Basilica of San Luca, one of the symbols of Bologna. From the meeting point a member of staff will give you a map and a timetable for the return train so you can choose when to head back. You will travel into the hills aboard the San Luca Express, where audio guides in 10 languages will tell the history of the city as you go. Staff will be on board to welcome you and answer any questions.
You will have the opportunity to visit this sacred and very important place for the city of Bologna. After your visit, consult the timetable to pick a return time that suits you. On your return to the centre you can taste local specialities with two typical tastings in the welcoming setting of the historic market, giving you a simple introduction to Bologna’s flavours.
