This interactive class at a Masseria will introduce you to traditional mozzarella-making. You will wear gloves and put your hands in hot water as you learn how to work with the stretching cord and shape mozzarella. The session will focus on the practical technique, so expect to be directly involved rather than watching from the sidelines.
You will also take a tour of the wonderful Masseria and along the way will have the chance to taste the flavours of the Apulian land. You will relax with a good glass of wine while sampling local tastes.
