On this hands-on cooking class in Italy, you’ll work in a small group to make traditional pasta from scratch. You’ll craft colourful tagliatelle and delicate ravioli, getting your hands dusted with flour as you naturally dye dough with ingredients such as spinach, beetroot, cacao and squid ink. Along the way you’ll learn to knead for the right texture, shape and fill ravioli, and simmer quick, flavourful sauces that pair with your handmade pasta.

At the end of the session you’ll sit down to a shared Italian feast featuring the pasta you prepared, crunchy bruschetta topped with fresh ingredients, generous pours of wine and a seasonal homemade dessert. Vegetarian, vegan and coeliac diets are catered for with authentic, gluten‑free Tuscan recipes, so nobody misses out. The small-group setting makes the class sociable and hands‑on, letting you learn practical techniques while enjoying the meal together.
