At a relaxed Tuscan pace you will learn the true essentials of two Italian icons: fresh pasta and tiramisu. Instead of overcomplicating, the focus will be on simple, seasonal ingredients you can actually find and use at home. Along the way you will follow a convivial, family-style approach—making pasta from scratch, taking time to prepare and then sitting together to enjoy the meal.
