This experience follows a route through Italy shaped by a love of pasta, regional flavours, history and local culture. You will take part in a hands-on cooking class with our chefs — it is not a demonstration — where you will learn culinary tricks and prepare a unique lunch or dinner. Along the way you’ll work with a few simple ingredients and top-quality seasonal produce, using techniques the chefs will guide you through so your own hands create the final dishes. The atmosphere will be warm and family-like, with the kind of celebratory feeling pasta often brings.
Vegetarian and intolerance-friendly options are included; if you have dietary needs, let us know in the booking notes and we will take care of them. Depending on the chefs’ availability, the class may also be offered in Spanish or German.
