The session will introduce you to traditional Murano glass techniques, in particular lamp-work, a typical Venetian method for creating intricate glass pieces. Along the way you will learn the basic principles and see how these time-honoured procedures are used to shape glass into distinctive forms.

The master artisan will guide you step by step throughout the experience as you personally make a unique glass artwork. You will discover secrets and techniques of the glass‑making art and apply them while creating your own inimitable piece. At the end of the class you will take your personal glass masterpiece home as a special souvenir.

    From Campo (square) San Bartolomeo, (with Rialto Bridge your left) go straight to Fondaco Dei Tedeschi, when you are in Calle Ca’ Dolfin turn right. Proceed straight on Salizada S. Canzian until Calle Larga Widmann and keep on straight along calle del Pestrin until the workshop on your left.
