At The Sicilian Pantry, a family-run cookery school in the heart of Palermo’s historical centre, you will start with a morning visit to one of the city’s oldest markets. Along the way you'll shop for the fresh, seasonal ingredients that the school champions, then walk to the air-conditioned teaching kitchen to begin a hands-on class.
In the kitchen you will prepare a four-course Sicilian meal, learning techniques and little tricks that will help you recreate the dishes at home. After cooking, you'll sit together to enjoy what you've made, accompanied by a selection of Sicilian wines and finished with homemade liqueurs and coffee. The experience is intended to be both entertaining and informative, and is recommended for cooks of all levels.
