This interactive experience at the Fond Doux Eco resort introduces you to the resort’s history and shows how cocoa beans are processed from scratch. As you move through the estate you’ll see the key steps in turning locally grown beans into chocolate, then head to the chocolate shop for an inside view of where the product is made.
In the chocolate shop you’ll receive hands-on training from one of the experienced chocolatiers and get the chance to create your own chocolate. Along the way you’ll taste Fond Doux’s organic chocolate and experience the care that goes into using locally grown cocoa beans. The session mixes demonstration and practical time, so you will both watch professionals at work and take part in the chocolate-making process yourself.
