You will create a homemade Moroccan meal in a cooking class based around Marrakesh. A private driver will take you to a lush farm on the outskirts of Marrakesh, where the practical part of the experience takes place in a relaxed, rural setting.
Before you start cooking, you will buy your ingredients in a very local market. You will also take part in the popular Guess the Spices test to familiarise yourself with the flavours you will use. After the market and the spice activity, you will prepare your dish at the farm using the ingredients you bought and the setup provided on site. The sequence flows from market to spice test to hands-on cooking, giving you a complete, locally grounded cooking experience.

We collect from hotels in the city center. For the Riads (guest houses) in the Medina (old town), the access is difficult with our huge cars so, we will try to find a picking point as close as possible at your location.
