Malta 5D is an immersive audio‑visual show that takes you on a journey through the history of the Maltese archipelago. The experience combines a new‑generation 3D film with 5D cinema technologies and a detailed audio commentary available in 17 languages. It is designed to appeal to all ages and offers a mix of information and entertainment.
Along the way you will witness the events that shaped Malta’s past, from the formation of prehistoric temples to the victory of the Knights of Malta at the Great Siege of 1565 and Malta’s role during World War II. The film is enhanced with sensory effects — leg ticklers, water spray, air blasts, scents and moving seats — which bring scenes to life and add to the sense of immersion.
