In this hands-on cooking class led by a certified un-Chef, you will travel through the flavours of Mexico as you taste regional dishes and work with traditional techniques. Along the way you will try drinks made with a liquor of Mexican origin from different parts of the country, and you will cook using ingredients tied to those regional tastes.
Your chef instructor will explain the origin and use of the ingredients you handle and will share part of the history behind the dishes made with them. The experience is designed as a relaxed dinner with friends; you will meet others, share a meal, and take part in transmitting Mexican culture through its traditional food, which the provider describes as a heritage of humanity.
