If you have never dived before, this Discover Scuba programme in Lofoten gives you a gentle introduction to the underwater world with a personal instructor. You’ll get to explore Lofoten’s underwater life and enjoy the beauty of Arctic flora and fauna as you move through the shallow coastal waters.
The experience begins with a surface briefing, followed by a few simple exercises to make you comfortable with the equipment and basic skills. After that you’ll go on your first dive to a maximum depth of 6 metres, accompanied by your own qualified instructor. The instructor stays by your side throughout the whole activity and will even hold your hand if you feel the need.
