Peruvian cuisine is known for its exquisite flavours, colourful dishes, wide variety of ingredients and the culinary fusions developed over its history. In this hands-on experience you will learn to prepare traditional Peruvian food yourself in an open kitchen set among lovely gardens. The setting is relaxed and allows you to focus on the food and techniques as you work.

You won’t need previous cooking experience. Friendly instructors will be happy to guide you through each step and show you how to handle ingredients and flavours typical of Peru. Along the way you will practise preparing authentic dishes with your own hands, gaining practical skills and a better understanding of what makes Peruvian cuisine distinct.
