A day in the San Blas Islands combines time on stunning beaches with direct cultural contact in local Guna communities. You will meet Guna grandmothers who teach the traditional art of making molas, and you will start creating your own mola with their guidance as you visit and spend time with islanders.
You will relax on Pelican Island, famous as a filming location for Money Heist, where you can use exclusive paddleboards or snorkel in vibrant waters. On Ina Island you can unwind on a beautiful beach and watch local artisans weaving palm fibres into items such as coasters and bookmarks. As you move through the islands, you will also visit a natural pool — a sandbar in the middle of the Caribbean Sea where you might spot starfish.
Along the way you will be offered fresh fruit, soft drinks or water, and a meal of fried fish with salad. Beach towels, chairs and snorkelling gear are available upon request. The experience balances cultural learning, craft-making and plenty of time to enjoy the islands’ beaches and clear Caribbean waters.

Set on a private ranch near Panama City and close to the airport, this horseback riding experience gives you a quiet escape from the city's pace. The temperature here is cooler than in Panama City, so you’ll find the air refreshing as you ride through open countryside and gentle hills.
No previous experience is needed. After a brief safety and technique orientation, you’ll follow natural trails that wind through green rolling hills, cross rivers and small streams, and open onto attractive rural landscapes. Along the way you may have the opportunity to swim in some of the clear-water rivers. If you’re comfortable with faster paces, there’s plenty of space to gallop and the horses naturally enjoy it.
The ranch is private and relaxed, so you’ll be riding in the company of well-handled horses. Children under six can ride on the same horse as an accompanying adult. Overall, the outing is a simple, pleasant way to enjoy nature and horses without needing prior riding skills.

At a family-owned ranch in the rural area of Panama City, about one hour and a few minutes away, you can choose from different skill levels and options with or without additional round transportation from the city. The experience will take you along jungle trails with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Along the way you will be able to see monkeys, butterflies, birds and other species in their natural habitat, and enjoy the sounds of nature as Panama City appears in the distance.
As you move through the property, you will visit the ranch itself and end the outing at a refreshing spring that originates either within the ranch or in the river. The horses are very well trained, so even if you have no previous riding experience you will enjoy the ride.
