Please note that the operational hours of Dolmabahce Palace are as follows: - Tuesday–Sunday: 09:00–16 00 - Monday: closed The palace opens at around 09:00 and closes at approximately 16:00. The address of Topkapi Palace Museum is Cankurtaran, 34122 Fatih, Istanbul, Turkey. The Topkapi Palace is only a 6–8-minute walk from Sultanahmet tram station, served by line T1.
Please note that there is no luggage storage facility at the venue. Please dress appropriately when entering sacred sites. Participants are advised to wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt or a scarf to cover shoulders. You will be entering a sacred site. Please observe proper behavior while inside the premises. Please note that you will skip the ticket lines but must go through the mandatory security check. Please note that you can only enter inside the attraction with your host. Please check the instruction written in your voucher. This is a skip-the-line offer. You can explore each museum at your own pace and stay inside the venue for as long as you want. Please note that this is not a guided tour. You will meet only the host, and they will provide the tickets. The app requires the internet to download, but it does not require the internet to use once it has been downloaded. The audio commentary is available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. Please note that reentry is not allowed after you leave the venue. Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification. Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given. The voucher is valid only on the specified date and time, if applicable. Please present your mobile voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled show time to redeem your ticket. Before going inside the Topkapi Palace, meet your host between 09:30 and 15:30. Meet your host at Chimney Bistro, just a 50-yard walk from Topkapi Palace. You cannot enter the palace without your host. The host departs for the Palace every hour. You are eligible to join one of the following timed-entry slots for your chosen date at Topkapi Palace: 09:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30 and 15:30.
