This sunset cruise through the heart of Puget Sound takes you nearly 30 miles round trip aboard the restored, USCG-certified Northwest-built charter boat RIVIERA. It is the only public sunset cruise on Puget Sound with this extended route and is available to individual travellers rather than groups only. As you move through smooth water, Mt. Rainier will be visible for hours and the Olympic Mountain range will be seen unimpeded except for cloud cover.
Wildlife on the trip ranges from seagulls to Bald Eagles, seals and sea lions, and the cruise mixes relaxed time to enjoy the scenery with an interactive, conversational commentary. The captain and crew are steeped in Puget Sound legacy and experience and will candidly answer questions and interpret the surroundings, while also leaving plenty of quiet moments for you to take in the views. You may bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. The tour is recommended for ages 10 and above; senior age is 62.
