This whimsical ride through Chattanooga takes place on a stuffed-animal scooter and begins with a short training at the office on 707 Cherry St in Downtown Chattanooga. Along the way you will pass colourful art alleys and post–Civil War era buildings as you head towards the Aquarium and the riverfront. You will learn about Ross’s Landing and see why Chattanooga is often called the Scenic City.
As you move on, the route will take you up to the Bluff View Art District and offer a clear view of the Walnut Bridge, noted as one of the longest pedestrian and bike bridges in the country. From there you will look out over the Tennessee River and towards Lookout Mountain, giving you a great chance to capture memorable photos of Chattanooga’s skyline. The ride will leave the bluff and continue towards the Big 9, a historic African American neighbourhood, so you may also learn about that area’s local significance along the way.
