This is Lexington’s only art tour, offering a lively way to connect with the city’s eclectic arts scene. Fun, well-informed guides will lead you through the downtown district, introducing you to murals, public artworks and sculptures. Along the way they will point out historic buildings and share entertaining stories that give local context to what you see.
You will visit several galleries and exhibitions, with a brief overview of the work on display. The walk finishes at Artists’ Attic, a studio cooperative of 22 artists, where drinks and refreshments will be waiting. There you can watch artists at work and chat with them about their creative process.
