This moving tour of Ground Zero begins at St. Paul's Chapel, the historic church that served as a rescue centre and a place for mementoes after the attacks. The chapel was miraculously unharmed when the Twin Towers fell, despite being only a block away. As you move on, you'll visit the 9/11 Memorial to reflect on the lives lost and to see Reflecting Absence, the largest artificial waterfalls on the continent. Your guide will share the meaning behind the memorial, stories from that day, and how New Yorkers came together in the aftermath.

You will then begin a self‑guided visit in the Freedom Tower lobby, where the film Voices is shown in tribute to the men and women of the Twin Towers and the Freedom Tower. You can choose to upgrade your experience to take the Sky Pod elevator 1,250 feet up to the One World Observatory, where the New York City skyline stretches across Manhattan.
