White Wolf Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation founded in 1999. The sanctuary’s work centres on preserving and protecting wolves, promoting the recovery of wolf populations where appropriate, and encouraging conservation through education about all wildlife and the role it plays in the natural world.
On a visit, you will learn about the sanctuary’s mission and the conservation issues that surround wolves. You will hear about efforts to protect and, where possible, restore wolf populations, and about the wider importance of wildlife in healthy ecosystems. Along the way, educational information will help you understand how the sanctuary approaches protection and outreach, and why conserving species and their habitats matters for the natural world.
