If you need time to relax, take a float trip down the beautiful Lower Ocoee with OAR. You will spend your time on a gentle raft ride along the river, guided by an experienced guide who will help keep you safe on the water. OAR will provide all the equipment you need, and the float ends back at the Outpost.
The river is a short bus ride up the road from the Outpost, making the meeting point convenient. This experience is suitable for big groups, small families or a few friends. There are no age restrictions, so you can bring little ones; however, children must be able to fit into OAR PFDs (minimum 50 lbs) or parents should provide the child’s personal flotation device. Please note that pregnant people cannot take part in this activity.
