This yoga experience is led by an RYS-200 certified instructor whose journey began in her mother's studio and continued on the beach. She first felt the calming, weightless effect of the practice during shavasana at the studio, and a chance conversation while practising on the beach encouraged her to begin teaching. Those personal experiences have shaped the way she guides others.
You will practise with a teacher who opened her local practice to anyone nearby who wished to take part. Sessions will include guided instruction and hands-on guidance as she shares the elements of yoga that have been important to her own growth. Along the way you will encounter restorative aspects of the practice, informed by the teacher’s experience of shavasana, and you will be supported by someone who continues to learn and develop as an instructor.
