You’ll explore Yellowstone’s lower (or southern) loop, an area famed for having more geysers, hot springs and other thermal features than anywhere else on earth. As you move through the park you’ll see Old Faithful, the world’s most famous geyser, and the striking colours of Grand Prismatic Spring. The route brings you close to a wide range of geothermal sights so you can take in the variety of steam, pools and erupting vents.
Yellowstone is also known for its bison. The experience may include time spent in a bison jam — and the provider will do their best to include one of these memorable pauses. Along the way you’ll enjoy up-close views of iconic wildlife and the park’s extraordinary thermal landscape, giving you a strong sense of why this loop is so special.
