You will take a hands-on cocktail class in a comfortable space in Downtown Denver, working at a real bar with professional equipment. You will practise muddling, shaking, stirring and sipping as you learn basic bar techniques. Smoked cocktail classes are now available, so you may explore smoke-infused drinks as part of the experience.
Along the way you will learn how to balance a cocktail, make sour mix, and prepare some recipes using egg white. You will also work with simple syrups, infusions and muddling methods, while building speed and accuracy behind the bar. You may make cocktails such as an Espresso Martini, an egg-white cocktail, a Smoked Old Fashioned, a Spicy Mango Margarita or a Rum Coconut Daiquiri, depending on the class.
