The property was beautiful. Location was perfect with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea at the front side and beautiful views of the green hills at the back. Facilities were great and super clean. The pool area was very beautiful. There was something for everyone. The grounds of the villa were full of plants with beautiful flowers. The restaurant was gorgeous with unparalleled views and the food was delicious, it tasted as great as it looked when it was served. The rooms were very spacious and clean ensuring that everyone had a relaxing time while there. The best thing about this property was the service from the people that worked there. From the moment we stepped in the property till the moment we left everyone went out of their way to make our stay special and one of a kind. We were there for my 50th birthday and I could not have found a better place to celebrate it.

It was 1st floor good location

I came to get my dentist work and be by the sea, and Haka guesthouse was a good base! I had just walked 800km on the Camino de Santiago and needed a place to rest while I was getting my teeth done. Haka is basic but very clean, the room is serviced and cleaned regularly! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good but not lavish. You do have to walk to town/beach but that was a good way for me to move and not just lounge, eat and drink… so I liked the location. The family is distant but friendly that run it. Rosh the head of the operation is great! When I had a problem, he responded and took care of the situation immediately. Great value for the price!

The staff was excellent, if I needed anything they were right there to help in any way possible. The room was comfortable and close to the beach and lots of restaurants, cafes, and groceries. The breakfast was very good as well.

The owner was very pleasant, we were allowed to keep our car parked in front of his apartments even after checking out. Big thanks,for sure we will be visiting again.

Our family has now stayed at Vila Gersina more than once, and each visit reminds us why we keep coming back. Traveling with my teenage kids and my 5-year-old, it is not always easy to find a place that feels comfortable for everyone but Vila Gersina truly does. The hospitality is exceptional. From the moment we arrive, we are welcomed so warmly that it feels less like checking into accommodation and more like returning to friends. The hosts are attentive, kind, and always willing to help, which makes the whole stay feel relaxed and personal. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy for our whole family to settle in and rest after a day by the sea. And of course, being there means enjoying the beauty of sunny Albania by the sea :). The atmosphere is peaceful, the air is fresh. What makes Vila Gersina special for us is that it feels consistent and welcoming every time we come back. It’s a place we trust and look forward to returning to. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for genuine Albanian hospitality family run business, comfort, and a lovely seaside stay. We will certainly be back again :) :)

The guest house is great. The garden is beautiful. The hosts are very nice and responsive.

Nice place fit for families of 3 or 4. Beach is some 100meters away. Market across the road, nice pool by the window.

There are no words to describe the hospitality! Such a wonderful experience that made our stay extraordinary. The location is great, the apartment is spacious and clean. There was a large and secure parking lot. The owner helped us and gave us directions when we went for tourism in places near Golem and visited Durres, Berat, Belshi, Holta canyon, the fantastic Karavasta lagoon, the ancient city of Apollonia. Everything was perfect and he suggested us restaurants where there was super fantastic and economical food. We will definitely come back at the first opportunity! Faleminderit shume Artan!!

Our stay was wonderfull. Accomodation well positioned, spacious and clean, close to the beach with reserved sunbeds at no extra cost. The owner friendy, supportive and very helpful anytime we needed. Also mattresses on beds were very comfy, what for me was a great plus, if you stay for more days. Area quiet with all we needed in walking distance. Strongly recommended.
